The Bezos Letters

Steve Anderson, author of The Bezos Letter, joins the show to discuss his new book.

Inspired by Jeff Bezos’s annual shareholder letters, Anderson explains the main reason he wrote the book: To help businesses know their markets through the 14 key “growth principles”. As he suggests, you don’t stir up momentum to invest, but you invest to create momentum. Like Bezos has demonstrated, the more risks you take, the more likely one of them will pay off into huge dividends. From there, you can keep taking risks and enlarge your territory to influence and innovate.
