How to READ a Solution to Any Problem

During my time as a park ranger, I managed a large campground. Sometimes we would get bottlenecks as people lined up to register for a campsite.

Those bottlenecks were headaches at the time, but it lead me to create a simple method to delight customers.

Now, I use the same system – called READ – to delight customers.

READ stands for Recognize-Execute-Address-Deliver.
